Definition Surveying using 3D Laser Scanning offers many benefits
not only to surveying professionals but to the recipients
and users of accurate spatial datasets such as civil engineers,
plant designers, CAD professionals, architects and contractors.
Where
traditional surveys of complex plant or features is not practical
or safe 3D Laser Scanning is perfect for the challenge. It
provides much more level of detail in less time. Data capture
rates are from 50,000 measured points per second to 1,000,000
point per second.
Dencon
Surveying has been closely following the development of HDS
Laser Scanners for 10 years and has successfully completed
hundreds of scans. To give the client confidence in the accuracy
of the data Dencon combines traditional control network surveying
with 3D Laser Scanning.
